Course Structure

  • 2 x 20 minutes online e-learning modules to be done in your own time.
  • 2 x 1.5 hour online sessions with a highly experienced trainer
  • 2 x case studies and one assessment

  • Identify road and roadside asset defects
  • Report the road and roadside asset defects
  • Prepare a list of risks, controls, and mitigations for their daily inspection
  • Use risk evaluation rating chart to manage potential risks
  • Identify potential risk factors and risk reduction strategies
  • Use defect priority score spreadsheet to determine defect number

Course Facilitator – Tajesh Mistry

 

Tajesh Mistry has over fifteen years of experience in a wide range of road safety and major road design project. His experience spans major highways, local roads, and staging designs.  As an active Level 3 Road Safety Auditor in NSW, he possesses comprehensive knowledge of road design and road safety.

His project experience includes all phases of preliminary design through to detail and construction.
