The Valuation of Road Assets Guide provides guidance on meeting the requirements for asset valuations as outlined by the Australian Accounting Standards and the NSW Office of Local Government. This is the second edition of the guide, having been updated in response to feedback from users, particularly in relation to the treatment of asset valuations due to climate change impacts.
