The planning process will involve analysis of the current transport situation, engaging with stakeholders and the community to identify issues and ensure that the strategies meet their needs, and will lead to improved freight transport outcomes benefitting industry and the community-at-large. The planning process spans short (1-2 years), medium (3-5 years), and long-term (5+ years) horizons to ensure sustainable and adaptable solutions.
