Asset Management Dashboard User Guide

The Dashboards were developed with the intention to:
• Provide the Elected Body, the Council Executive, the staff and the Community a metric snapshot of the assets held and managed by Council
• Increase the level of awareness of the management of assets
• Allow for a robust discussion with community about the levels of service levels that our assets supply and hence in turn inform asset decision making
• Provide a consistent report card across NSW Local Government to demonstrate existing custodianship and future outcomes with proposed management of our assets.
