After a hugely successful Part One, IPWEA NSW are thrilled to announce Part Two of the Digital Engineering Application in Local Government virtual event.
Digital Engineering is an umbrella term that covers technologies such as:
- Building Information Modelling (BIM),
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS),
- Data collection devices, analytics, predictive modelling and asset management applications.
- Then Digital Engineering progressively combines the “ Digital Twins” to create the “Single Source of Truth” (SSOT).
In the first Virtual Event we set the scene with Simon Vaux, from Transport for NSW providing the current Policies and Standards from the State and Federal to International perspective as well as some work at TfNSW. We had case studies and some of the tools that can be used.
In the second Virtual Event we will go into a bit more detail as to how to start the Journey as well as looking at more tools and case studies.
Join us to continue the Digital Engineering journey in the virtual space.
