I did not recieve my invoice/receipt, how do I obtain another copy?

You can find all your previous transactions in your member portal, log in to the website and click My Portal in the top right corner. Here you can print, save and pay any invoices from previous or current transactions.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

When you attempt to log in, a red bar will appear at the top of the site with an option to reset your password, alternatively you can select request a new password on the log in screen.


Am I a Professional or Associate Member?

Both membership types apply to anyone who is actively engaged in the delivery of or assisting others in the delivery of public works and services however, a Professional Member should hold a bachelor or post graduate degree whereas an Associate Member does not hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associated professional degree.

How do I find out when the next Regional Group Meeting is being held?

To find the next Group Meeting for your Region please go to Group Meetings in the Events/Workshop drop down list. You can then filter your region to bring up all Group Meetings happening in your Region.
