What Every Manager should know about managing and resolving conflicts?

The ability to manage conflict in the workplace is undoubtedly one of the most important skills a leader needs to possess. This course introduces new and experienced leaders to the principles and practices that underpin identifying and managing conflict in the workplace. It includes how to identify and assess various conflict-causing situations, implementing strategies to resolve that conflict, and how to monitor any ongoing conflict situations. It is relevant to those leaders who contribute to monitoring and guiding the activities of others in organisations in situations where there may be conflict between individuals or groups.

You will learn how to:

•         Identify the source(s) of the conflict

•         Clarify factors and issues relevant to the conflict

•         Work with others to explore and implement agreed resolutions
