IPWEA NSW and ACT Annual General Meeting 2020
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of members of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (NSW Division) Limited (ABN 35 093 562 602) will be held as follows:

The business to be conducted at the IPWEA NSW Annual General Meeting is as follows:
1. President's Welcome.
2. Resolution that the meeting has been duly convened.
3. Confirmation of Minutes of AGM held on 7th November 2019
4. Presentation of Reports from Officers.
5. Presentation of Annual Report
6. Declaration of Board Election 2020
7. Appointment of Auditors
8. General Business.

A member who is entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote on his or her behalf. The person appointed proxy must be a member of IPWEA (NSW Division) and the Company must receive the proxy not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting (12:00pm Tuesday 3rd November 2020). If you wish to appoint a proxy, please complete the proxy form and return it in accordance with the instructions.
As per the IPWEA NSW Constitution, each member that pays a membership fee (ie. excluding Student members) is entitled to one vote. Members belonging to the Honorary or Emeritus classes of membership are entitled to one vote each.
