Decisive Leaders Are Valued Leaders

What makes a great leader so effective?  Their ability to make the right decisions, at the right time, for the right reasons in order to achieve the right outcomes.
In this two-day workshop you will explore how your decision-making styles shape you as a leader. You will apply your current strengths in both these areas to real life scenarios while learning how to enhance those aspects that need strengthening through applied thinking and decision making.
