Business Risk - Beyond Safety - Sydney 16 July 2020
Business Risk-Beyond Safety
Risk management has developed in recent years into an accepted discipline, with its own language, techniques and tools. It extends beyond the management of work health and safety to integration with overall management and corporate culture and to the inclusion of behavioural aspects in the risk process.
This workshop explores:
· Different risk standards
· Implicit and explicit risk management
· Risk to an organisation or project overall not just as a sum of individual risks
· Risk appetite and risk context
· Personality and behaviour in the risk process
Pre reading required.
