Join The Roads & Transport Directorate’s May webinar, to learn about recent developments in Council Freight Assessments by TfNSW and NHVR. NHVR has developed a Freight PASS tool which was released on 18 February 2026. Brayden Soo, Manager Freight and Supply Chain, at NHVR will discuss the pavement wear module of this tool, heavy vehicle factors which contribute to wear, and the role of higher mass limits (HMLs) on wear.
